**Please use the Chrome Browser to access Show My Homework**

When at the Show My Homework login screen, make sure you click on 'Sign in with Office 365' (See example picture)

Use your Academy Email Address and Academy Password to log on.

Your Email Address will be your Academy Username with '@student.rrma.org.uk' on the end.

Example:    mary.smith@student.rrma.org.uk
(If you have a number on the end of your username, don't forget to include that)

If you have a phone, you can also download the Show My Homework App.  Search for it on the Play / App Store and once it is installed, click on the 'Sign in with Office 365' button then use your email address and password as in the above instructions.

Q.  I keep getting this message when I try and log in:  "Password reset not available, please use the same login details as you do for other school services, or get in touch with your school administrator." 

A.  You are logging into the wrong box.  Scroll down and click 'Sign in with Office 365'  Full log in instructions at the bottom of this page.

Q. I don't know how to submit my work

Q. I have one or more brothers or sisters who go to Morton Academy and we can't switch between accounts in SMHW when using the same computer.

A. This is a common problem because the internet browser remembers who was last logged in even if they log out of SMHW.  There are a number of ways to get round the problem:

1. The best way would be to setup different Windows users accounts on the laptop/PC for each student. That way they get a completely separate user profile and they can't get muddled up. The student needs to make sure they are logged into windows on their own account before accessing SMHW.  Instructions here: Add another account to Windows
2. Alternatively, they could install a different web browser - we would recommend Microsoft Edge Chromium (basically its the same as Google Chrome). If one student uses Edge Chromium and the other uses Google Chrome then they won't get muddled up. This is only good if there are 2 students using the one laptop however.   Download Chromium Edge
3. A third option which should work, for the user to go to https://office.com and log out of their office 365 account after using SMHW (its the fact that they stayed logged into office 365 in the background that causes the issue). But this means they have to remember to do that.
